What are your thoughts on changing from a 4-month year to a 8-month year?
i am admittedly a little conflicted on this one. on one hand, more time to devote to writing and plots is always nice; especially with the varied schedules and timezones of different people. however that is a really long time to play a foal before they are mature. i love playing my characters as foals and working on their development even when they can't "do much," but having to play that for so long would be a bit of a slog and might make me more hesitant to play them or engage with them as often.
Do you think the battle rules wording for challenges issued/answered should be adjusted to per month instead of per season? Why or why not?

same as above!
Do you think raids and escapes should be adjusted to per month or stay as per season?
same as above!! my only input on any of these is that per month is easier to remember.
Should the Lagoon/Peak elections stay as once a year in an 8-month season? Or should there be a second election period?
i am not bothered either way, but i do think that in the event of an absent leader a second vote should happen!! (not sure if this already happens aa)
