Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

He felt the fur rising along his spine...

Alright, so, he didn't have a temper like his father. However, his step-mother was pushing all the wrong buttons, and everyone, even him, had a snapping point. Takedo took a deep breath, his lips rising to show a flash of ivory teeth, "First off, I would appreciate if you would act like an adult, since you seem to like flaunting your high and mighty ability to be 'wiser' than everyone else. To do that, you might want to keep the name-calling to yourself." He lowered his head, narrowing his eyes dangerously. "Now, accuse me of what you will, though it only proves you all the more foolish than I originally thought. You blame everything on me, and yet you must realize that your 'perfect' daughter also chose to take me as a mate, after one simple night. I play at nothing, Ravenshadow...though believe what you will, Youkou was just as in love with me as I was her, and in so being nothing more than a brother, I would have ravaged her heart. I am not such a bastard as to do that." He growled again, flexing his paws, "I did no such thing aiming for a 'leash' you know #### well that she could leave me, even now, having pups. Does that not happen to others? I've heard your story, and I know that you and my father were not together all the while when you two had pups. Do you think I am that stupid. No, you did not need him anymore when you had his offspring than you did before that. I stay with Youkou not only for our children, but for us. We love eachother, and that is something you can not control, or take away."

The next accusations made his growl deepen. His orange eyes began to flicker with livening flames. The wolf leaned forward, his voice acidic, "Our children, are fine. Inbred or not, it is always possible for something to be wrong with a litter. Blame it on the gods as much as us." He felt himself shaking, but help back from snapping at the female.

"Yes, you'd think it would be so easy, wouldn't you? What happens when those very same birds that you've crushed the bones of simply return? What then? They do not die so easily as you'd wish. They've followed my father from his homeland, and they are a curse, not simply pests."
