Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

There could be no argument...

There was more stupidity in following Tycoon's scent than trekking up the mountain, that was for certain. Anyone who knew the brute at all would have warned StarChaser against it. Had her memory really served her so little a purpose as to forget what a monster he was? Not to say he was the most awful creature in the lands. Far from it, in fact. Although he was aligned with evil the weak-willed brute did little to maintain any real dire agenda. The folly he played gravitated more towards his nasty temper, and his ability to feel sorry for himself when he was surely at fault.

With Star... he'd been at fault. Surely she had to know that? So why was she here? Why was she looking at him with anything but disdain? Tycoon was a mess, yes, but one that another creature should turn their nose up at and walk away, mumbling all the while about how he was pitiful. Yet here was StarChaser, a poor female who'd gotten tangled up in Tycoon's web, feeling her heart go out to him, wanting to help him. The poor dear.

When he heard his name it caused his muscles to tense. Something about that voice seemed familiar, and yet he couldn't fully place it. The male turned to focus fiery orange eyes on Star, quirking his head to the side as the wheels in his aged mind began to turn. A gust of wind swept past him, carrying with it her scent and then... then he knew. Her questioning tone was returned with a harsh one, that rumble in his chest never faltering. "You're still alive?" So another creature he knew now had abandoned him, not been called away by death. Tycoon pushed himself back to his paws, fur bristled and ears swooped back against his skull. "You left me." He flashed his teeth, taking a step towards the femme. "What do you want? To rub my nose in memories? Taunt me?" Ah, jumping to conclusions had also always been one of his talents.
