Michigan Confirmations

Excuse if this pic is double posted. I have seen the claim made that the only proof of cougars in Michigan is a "blurry" photo of question. That stance is what led the Michigan Wildlife Conservancy to go on a game cam campaign in 2011/2012 to try to get a picture. Like Southern New England, numerous people were seeing cats, but were told there were none in Michigan. Three photos were obtained with a cougar in it, in Marquette County. They may well be the same cat since again its in the range of a dispersing male. Of course now, the state there says there are cougars, but "no breeding population", just transients. This picture was taken in 2012, after the allegations that the CT cat had passed through there and some of the surrounding states. A campaign similar to Michigans is underway in Southern New England. I have had a high res copy of this picture, it is stunning. Also had geotags.
