Freya nods her head as Dögun speaks, agreeing to her proposal. Her lips twitched slightly upwards, blue eyes alight with relief.
"I am glad you find it fair. I, too, look forward to this challenge." Moments later, the honey-colored mare has taken off across the clearing, challenging Dögun to a race. She allows all her pent-up energy to be released, bucking and squealing as she gallops to the opposite end of the Meadow, followed closely by Dögun. He speaks after they stop, admitting his loss, and Freya giggles.
"Is that so?" she asks, her tone a mixture of amusement and flirtation.
She gasps as he throws his body at her, placing a playful nip on her shoulder. She squeals again, a jubilant laugh escaping her lips as she returns the gesture, lipping at Dögun's mane briefly. She lets out a content sigh against his neck, gently running her muzzle down to his shoulder, nibbling at his shoulder affectionately.
"I'm glad we met, Dögun." she murmurs, drawing away slightly.
"I was afraid I would end up with someone mean and controlling, and be forced to stay somewhere where I would be unhappy." She admits to him, suddenly feeling a tad insecure.
"I am very thankful that you got to me before anyone else did. I know I will be happy here, with you." she offers him the gentlest of smiles before touching her nose to his, sharing her breath with him briefly before moving away again.
She glances out across the meadow, looking for the other mare Dögun had mentioned, but finding no sign of her. Oh well.
"Are there any others, besides K1A1? What about other stallions? Are you going to have a beta?" She questions the dun stallion, her tone full of curiosity. She feels she needs to know everything about the herd. After all, if she is oblivious to the facts, how is she going to help Dögun with his kingly duties? A lead mare cannot be ignorant, Freya knows this much.
