War is a game that is played with a smile

He wanted to say something more, but it was best not to. He did not want to imply he wasn't glad to meet her, but he knew he would probably use the wrong words that would rub her wrong. He saw the signs of irritation already so he took a few steps back hoping that would ease some tension.

As he mentions the emptiness of the Dunes he could see an instant change in her. It wasn't obvious, but he had been around long enough to know the signs of stress. She grew distracted for a moment and he just waited for her to collect herself again. He had no need to rush the conversation. Actually, he would prefer it to continue.

His mane was brushed back by the wind rolling over the dunes. His laxed posture grew straight again as he noticed her attention return his way. Questions of Favala clouded his mind. He was glad to speak of his gods, but at the same time he wasnt one to pressure anyone about his way of life. He only wanted to say what she might be interested in hearing and not much more. "She is very much real. For me, anyway." He adds the last bit because he knows not many come from his valley.

"Favala is one of my gods and is worshiped by those from my valley, but there are not many of us left." It was quite sad to be apart of a dying beliefs, but to others it was unique. He left it at that as he shifted his weight again to be more comfortable. The palomino spoke her name and he smiled in response. She theb mentioned her tie to the Dunes and his head bobbed. "I'm Capricorn." He knew there was a reason to her tension as he mentioned the Dune's empty state. "Well, Evaline you are free to stay as long as you like or need. I apologize if you came here expecting someone else, but alas it is only me now."
