We ;need to stop pussyfooting with murderers in this country and have Congress pass a law that would avoid treading on Second Amendment rights and be stronger than the present Hate Crimes law. Probably something like this:
"It shall be a Federal Crime for any person to use a firearm or explosive device to take the life of another person or other persons. If convicted the sentence shall be death. Unless that person was being treated for mental health prior to committing the crime, mental health shall not be a legal defense."
