Are we written in the sand

The Forest was peaceful, but there was always those that tried to take away peace. The Forest had an enemy one which she knew to be a member of her family. She felt bad in a way, but Warsaw was not a friend to her or to the mother that gave birth to him. It was sad because Cherish needs to get closer to her family like she used to be, but now they were so spread out and living their own lives. When her parents died the closeness she had with her siblings dissapeared. Their glue was gone.

The chestnut stolls along as she usually goes, saying hi to everyone she passes and greeting the herd with a smile. She felt at home here and loved the band of horses that made up this herd. She would be sad when they finally moved on, but Macabre was her horse. She would follow the mare anywhere she goes. She might even follow her into danger. The mare looks down at her growing daughter with a smile. Clarity was getting so big and it made the mare sad to think about. Clarity may have came to be from a bad situation, but she was happy with how the filly turned out. Her sire turned out not to be too bad either.

Cherish was lucky that she could get along with both Clarity and Augustine's fathers. Augustine had been made by mistake and Clairty by force, but she loved them. She never saw Augustine since she ran away from the Lagoon and she wonders why. She couldn't exactly go find him, but he would come find her. She fears he doesn't want to see her anymore. Clarity lips at her mother's cheek when she notices the mare grow sad. She knew her mother was always happy, but every now and again something would make her upset. She was always there to cheer her up again.

The mother and daughter walks towards the beach to see what the sea was doing today, but there they found a stranger reaching the Forest shore. It was not a stallion so Cherish automatically assumed the female was a friend and walks over. "Welcome to the Forest!" She exclaims with a large smile. Clarity walks up beside her mother, more weary than her cheering mother was. "Come here often?" Cherish asks the mare to see if she was new here.
