The smaller mare nods before speaking in agreeance to his plan of fetching Vita Nova for her. He knew exactly what would happen at this point in the season so Requiem would be good on his word and keep Warsaw as far away from this mare as possible. It seems she did not exactly know where she was or what she was doing. It was clear in her words that she hadn't thought of danger when coming to Tinuvel, but only of seeing an old friend. When the petite mare says she has nothing to offer for his kindness Requiem only shakes his head. "You don't owe me nothing. I offered my services on my own accord." He smiles lightly.

He does not worry a thing for Vita Nova because he knows the mare could handle herself. Actually, he was frightened of Tinuvel's Queen himself especially since he lost ownership of her daughter. He could only imagine the look of anger as he told her Tavas was gone. The stallion swallows hard just thinking about it. He hopes the subject of this mare being here would be enough to distract her from asking how Tavas was doing. "My name is Requiem by the way. What is yours? You know, so I know who to tell Vita Nova is in the Bay to see her..." Really he was curious what name could belong to the cute mare.

He waits for her to announce her name before he departs her side. He tells her he would go get Vita Nova, but he tells her to stay there where he could find her. Requiem walks the familiar path to the Inlet where he waits to get Vita Nova's attention without Warsaw around. It takes a bit, but he is finally able to inch close enough to the lead mare and whisper to her without suspicion. "There is someone named Petal looking for you in the Bay." That was all it took and he was leading Vita Nova to where he last saw Petal.

The petite perlino was just in sight when a stallion's call reached his ears. Requiem knew the voice and he also knew this was not a friendly call. "Go talk to Petal, but stay safe. I fear there will be a battle for the Bay." He eyes the mare worriedly before galloping towards the stallion that calls him to battle. Liland was back for the Bay.
