 Noctis He was getting older and even though his missed his mother he knew there was no changing this. His father would never see eye to eye with his mother. That still made him sad. He had no problem with Monster or Zjeena nor did his mom really. But he did believe his mom desereved the due respect of a queen. He knew she got that now over in the thicket but life wasn't the same for the young colt. He almost missed seeing his father and mother arguing about something. When he watched his father interact with the other mares and their foals he grew jealous of it. He never really had that semblence of happiness.
Maybe he should just leave and try to never run into either of his parents. They both meant the world to him yet he could only have one or the other in his life. His father was home from the war now but he didn't care much to go find him. He stood in his now favorite spot at the ocean. |
