Seeing Creed safe and sound meant everything. He had tried to get her to leave the Forest and seek safety in his home, but she refused to leave her herd here. He assumed her loyalty would be the same even now when the danger was gone. It made him feel sad in a way, but maybe a distant relationship could work between them. He sees Shamwari had something with the Forest Queen and her right hand mare so he had hope it could work. Of course the Badlands were much futher away.

The way Creed looked at him now gave him some hope. She allows his touch, to his delight. He watches her reaction curiously as he explains to the unkown mare why he was here. A smile dances on his lips as his tail slaps against the back of his tigh. Creed explains she was a little shaken still, but alright. She then asks about his wounds so his head shakes. "They are healing well. Most of them are gone now." He no longer limbs from his leg injury, but the mark on his shoulder stays as a small scar. That one wasn't from the war, but a fight for his home.

Eyes turn to Aponi as she introduces herself. He dips his head to her again right before Aponi begins speaking to Creed. Seems he had interrupted their converstation so he tries not to eavesdrop, but that was difficult since he was standing there. He listens curiously until Aponi turns the converstation to both of them. Roheryn did not recognize the name of the stallion that invited Aponi here, but he did find it strange she mentioned he was gone. Had he dissapeared like Lucifina and his daughter had? Maybe they were togther...maybe Luci had ran off with him.

He couldn't think like that! Lucifina was too sweet and kind to do such a thing. She would have let him know if she was displeased. "It is an honor to meet you Aponi. If you are in need of friends I would be delighted to take the honor as I'm sure Creed would be as well." He flashes a smile to the ebony mistress he stands next to. "I have been trying to get Creed to come visit me in my home on Salem, but she just loves it here too much." He didn't want to out right say Creed was afraid of the water in case she got mad at him for telling her secrets. He did hope inching towards her fear might help Creed push past it. Aponi might even be able to help.
