Large hooves slowly shifted through the ocean with blood slightly trailing in their wake. Muscles quivered with every stroke of this horses legs and pain radiated in their eyes, but strength coated every inch of their body. Lionheart, the stallion in the ocean, was in pain. He had ended up in a scuffle with a cat on Atlantis and now he was swimming away from that jungle territory in order to find a home. His body was exhausted, but he did not show it when finally his soaking wet frame ended up on the beach here in Salem with a cough escaping his lungs.


Shaking out his large body, the Belgian stallion let out a sigh as blood slowly trickled down the wet spots on his legs, laying a faint dusting of crimson on the dry sands. This was certainly not an entrance he would ever wish to make anywhere, but he certainly would rather be out here and away from that darn cat than be over there with his throat ripped out. Rolling his soft colored eyes at himself, Lionheart soon enough looked at the land before him with a faint curiosity. He had not been to Salem before and currently he was enjoying the warmer temperature. It would not always be this warm, that he knew for with being on a sandy place like this already, he knew it would end up hot enough to burn his fur from his body if he was not careful.


Lifting his head, Lionheart opened his lips and soon enough sent out a call to the horse that would be the lead here. He had already been on Atlantis and learned that there were lead horses here so he did not wish to meander around here and get caught without actively speaking to the boss. It was a slim chance he would be allowed to live here, but he would certainly give it the best shot he could in this moment.
