At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

AZA - STEP BACK; THINK

The brute was a dark coloured wolf, his pelt was a dark shade of grey – it was a dusty grey with odd bits of white splattered on in there. It gave him the impression of being a bit older. However these odd dashes blossomed on his muzzle and cheeks. The deep, unsympathetic gazers of Aza followed upwards to his eyes; dark amber eyes, almost shining orange in occasional glances. “Hm,” she muttered, noticing his large muscles poking through the skin. “Good to see you’re not a puny rat like some wolves are.” She noted, nodding in an ‘accepting’ way which was probably something in her language that we would understand as ‘that’s pleasant.’ His face was the same; as cold and cruel as usual.

An amused smile crossed her face for a brief moment as the oversized brute proclaimed that he had the right to sit anywhere he liked. “Indeed you do, however what gives you the right to stare at me?” She hissed, her eyes narrowing with an annoyed huff. “Then again, I got myself into this – instead of walking away, I acted.”

Aza rose slowly, “I bid you f—,” the girl’s words came to a slow halt as the brute decided it was his turn to talk, and though she was not the pleasantest of company, Aza was polite at least. The body of the lady tensed and her fur bristled the tiniest bit, she understood she had been rude but she had never expected him to react in such a way.

“Oh yes, because you are mister serious aren’t you? ‘Oh dear my muscles have deflated a claw, I must train urgently.’ You are not wolf, you are…” the girl stopped to breathe. “You are a monster. You are nothing natural, brute strength is not everything; you would not have the agility or much stamina to escape quick enough. You get tired, you get weaker; you lose.”

She hissed the last word for it was her least favourite word in her whole vocabulary list but it was something that always lingered. “Sir Muscles, lock me up if it is a crime for enjoying some alone time before returning to my duties. I felt – tired, incomplete, I’ve been travelling for a fair bit of time and I do not wish to fight… Not today, catch me again tomorrow and I’ll happily growl, bite, gnaw at you, enough.”

Her appendages took long strides across the water where she bent, took a few laps and sat down. “I feel incomplete without a pack by my side.” She mumbled.
