Aplos Riverside

Moladion’s powerful, winding river...
Aplos River is a broad, slow-moving river originating from somewhere beneath the mountains of Spirane and feeding Iromar’s moors in the south. The northern parts of the river are known for their strong currents, with the water becoming slow moving in the south. The riverbanks vary along its course, ranging from soft hummock grasses to small groups of pine, and sometimes nothing but pebbles and sand. Crossing can be difficult at times, but it can be swam or bridged by fallen trees or boulders alike.

fourteen - no heart - Heyel's soul - Spider of Spirane
sister of warlow, dam of sven *adopted*

this is her in blackouts

Natu's heart pounds in fear, fear that she has driven her friend to this edge after everything Ailith has done for her. There is a close bond between them forged from Natu's near death experience and Ailith's saving grace. This is the wolf who has looked out for Natu, who has helped her by merely being nearby if she was needed, and now Natu felt as if she had broken that fragile bond between them. It burned, it really did, because Natu loved Ailith with her whole being. This girl was like an imprint almost in that Natu felt torn without her. Sisters they were.

She whines softly as Ailith finally turns her attention to Natu after shielding her face from her. Natu would make this right somehow. It was her duty to Ailith to do so. Whether she had caused it or not. Her eyes widen as Ailith speaks and she knows keenly that feeling of brokenness that Ailith feels. The loneliness, the uncertainty, the wandering in the world. Ailtih suddenly drags her body closer to Natu's and buries her face into Natu's filthy fur. Natu wrapped her own neck around her friend and dug her bottom jaw into the females neck, a pressure that simulated hugging, and closed her eyes against her own tears for her friend.

"My friend, my sister," Natu murmurs into her neck. "I would never abandon you Ailith. Not my kingdom or my heart could stop me from coming to your aid in whatever you need." There is a fire to her voice, a frenzy. Ailith would know how true Natu's loyalty was to the she-wolf. Of all the wolves in Natu's life there were not there by blood Ailith had become her fiercest companion and Natu would offer the same strength to Ailith that she had been given. "You belong with me and I with you, sister. Together we shall find your purpose. You are welcome at my side too - I will share with you the title I hold if you should wish it. I will find a way to bring back your purpose and happiness."
