Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

He knew he'd never seen her around the pack but then there was probably plenty of pack members he didn't know yet. He wanted to show Eden that he could do whatever he put his mind to so learning the names of the members and what they were about certainly wouldn't hurt his chances in either a diplomat position or a fighting position. Maybe he needed to spar more? He could look into it. When the female first saw him, her eyes narrowed though it was probably her just trying to figure out if she knew him or not. She tilted her head as he approached, giving her name as Matianak. He nodded. "Pleasure to meet you, Matianak."

Then she said that he must be Triton's father and he straightened up in pride of his son, his eyes lighting up as he grinned. "Well, I only hope I can do some justice to whatever he might be telling you. I'm afraid he might build me up more than I deserve." He grinned more sheepishly, his tail wagging as he looked at her and pricked his ears. "Are you a native to Glorall? I was born here many years ago. You have very...unique coloring." He smiled, not meaning any offense by it. He just didn't see many white and red wolves anymore. He remembered a time when they were everywhere, marks of the Angels and whatnot, but he didn't see many now a days. She was pretty to look, certainly not as pretty as his Inanna, but she was striking to the eye.
