She may not be directly responsible for the LODDs, but she is responsible for the morale and well being of the membership. How many individuals from any company involved were layed up to ensure mental health? How hard is it to communicate to the membership? She has shown no regard for the betterment of this department and is therefore not qualified for the position she holds.
