Dögun pricks his ears at her next words...listening intently. A deal? He had always liked deals. A smile crosses his dark lips as her honey sweet voice speaks.

His smile reaches his russet eyes, knowing that she wanted to stay with him... he hoped that her feelings would stay the same, things did change but he hoped not between him and Freya. Now Dögun had more than one reason to look forward to fall, besides it being his favorite season, the colorful leaves, the relief from the sweltering summer heat.

Her nose brushes his fur on his neck, sending chills down his spine.

Before he could finish his words, she was leaping into a gallop; graceful, beautiful, and fast! Dögun digs his hooves into the earth, propelling him after Freya. Each stride stretches out longer than the last, dropping his head he throws his whole body into a ground eating gallop (well as ground eating as a 13.2 horse can accomplish). His russet eyes fall on Freya as she kicks, her squeals hardly reach his ears that are pinned and buried deep in his ebony mane. Reaching the end of the field, he slows, his breathing rapid, yet it was slowly becoming regular. Unburing his ears from his mane, he listens with excitement; a sparkle in his eyes.

You are fast Freya.... You beat me this once...but there will be more...

Dögun's hooves dance across the earth... Lifting his front feet off the ground, jumps towards her in a playful way. His lips lay a nip on her shoulder, tender yet playful.
