The silver bay mare had been swimming for, well she didn�t know how long. She�d got disorientated at some point, struggled to keep her head about water and swallowed a boat load of sea water. Breathing hard she headed for the nearest land she could see. Kicking with all her might until hooves caught purchase on the sandy, attempting to haul her body out of the water, legs not cooperating with her as she all be stumbled onto the sandy beach before nose diving into it.

Groaning she let her body stay where it had fell. Gasping to try and recover air into her lungs. That became more difficult when her body was seized in a coughing fit, most likely due to the amount of salt water she had swallowed, which thanks to her anatomy of not being able to throw up wasn�t going to be leaving her body the same way it got in!
Her body was still sprawled on the floor, similar to that of a newborn foal, front limbs out stretched out in front of her, hind limbs slight tucked underneath her as they were being gently wash over by the surf, coming and going.

When the coughing had subsided she dropped her head down on outstretched front legs with a groan, her breathing was slowly returning to normal as her mind told her to go figure out where she was. Unfortunately she wouldn�t be listening to her mind though as her exhausted body refused to move.
