Koguma sighed softly, flicking his ears a little at the soft rain. He was beginning to cool off from his fight, and certainly beginning to feel bad for the things he said to Seppo - not to mention the fur he tore out. What bothered him, though, was the suspicion that the other male wasn't feeling the same for him; Seppo was probably gloating to himself for having "won" the fight, anyway. And it was thoughts like these that had Koguma reluctant to go looking for his friend.

Someone else was here, though, he noticed suddenly. There was the sound of stirring leaves in the forest, and an exotic, strange scent met his twitching black nose, something he'd never scented before in all his life. His small, triangular ears perked, and he looked around, dark eyes searching for Maliki in the woods beyond the riverbank. Koguma was not one to be overly defensive, but there was an ominous aura to the dark, rainy day, and he didn't want any trouble. "Hello," he called out, looking in the lion's general direction though not able to pick out exactly where Maliki prowled.
