Misty Mountain is opposite of Rainbow Cliff. Mists hover year-round at this high altitude, mistaken by some to be thin clouds. Thin layers of snow cover the mountain, making some areas slippery and hazardous.

Some think it romantic, a place to bring their mates, while others come to play and romp. However, all must agree that there is some level of mystery and spookiness hovering about with the mists...

Waiting... For an awfully big adventure. Pixie/Aerten cont

‘It's fine. Just a little scratch.’ One russet and one white aud perked at the sound of the other’s words. She smiled softly at the other ess, grateful that she had answered without becoming freaked out and pondering a deeper meaning to the innocent question. She supposed that it was a good thing that both the wolves had a darker, reddish coat as any injuries unless extremely visible, would simply blend in and stop a mountain of worried questions being thrown their way. It appeared that Aerten didn’t want to linger on the subject anyway and so Dib didn’t say anything other than what she had already stated.

Just like the other girl, Dib’s interest was sent flying through the roof as she stated that she too liked exploring. However, the teen guessed she enjoyed it for a very different reason. Being in Abendrot, exploring surly came in handy, but still... She enjoyed exploring! The subject seemed to put the girl on edge once again as the answer was hesitant and her voice held a note of anxiety. She needn’t worry, Dib wouldn’t use the knowledge against her. She would simply take happiness in the fact that yet another wolf enjoyed the same pastime. ”It’s nice to know that others put this marvellous world to good use.” The teen’s tail began to sway slightly as thoughts of the adventures she used to have dawned on her. The only problem was it made her realise how much she missed Markus. He was her nearest and dearest friend and it had been too long between meetings. The femme’s face was turned into a frown for a brief second before she was back to her usual self. She would have to meet up with Markus soon.

Then there was silence. Neither of the wolves spoke and Dib desperately tried to think of something to say to the other ess. The day had gone quite quickly talking to Aerten but she wasn’t quite ready to leave just yet. Then a subject came to mind that may have been more within the other femme’s topic range, however she was mildly unsure of how much inspiration it would give to the pair. ”So do you like hunting Aerten. Got any good tips? I’m not too good at it as you can imagine, but it never stops me learning.” She gazed down at her useless limb for a second before turning her attention back to the older ess. To be honest Dib had never even tried hunting. She had always been far too preoccupied with other things and her mother or the pack had always provided food for her. She guessed though that one day she would have to hunt for herself and there would be no harm in learning a few techniques before hand was there? She knew full well that the biggest thing she could probably take down was a rabbit or small goat, but they were prey all the same.

Thousands of questions flooded the girls mind, however she dare not ask them. They were far too delicate to put into words and would probably send Aerten into a fit of rage. However Dib was too curious for her own good and was desperate to know more about the girl. ”If you don’t mind me asking... What’s it like living in Abendrot. I don’t want all the gory details just the basics. That is if you even want to answer... Which you don’t have too.” The girl bit her tongue before smiling politely. Hopefully the question was not too personal for a full scale rage, but if it did so happen she supposed she could do nothing more than take it in her, slightly dysfunctional, stride.
