Not true....why do you think the sudden interest in checking out your SCBA's by both the union and CFD? Why do you think ADFC's are responding, reporting and observing at fire scenes since this happened? Incorrect on your info, no tank on, left it in rig, when a MAYDAY was called, panic set in and his tank was brought out, left at top of stairs and turned on by...#######, all video recorded by at least 2 security/Ring doorbell cams.
