Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Matianak had moved away from the beach. The storm a few days earlier had done its damage, though the further into the heart of Glorall she went, the less destruction there was to be seen. Clearly, the storm had been rather isolated towards the beach. No matter. She was on the move. Her tail flicked back and forth as she pondered over the goings on in Moladin. There was much of interest. She had actually debated investigating Asteraia as well, but the noble wolf who had clear disdain for her brother was not that interesting.

Eden, however, was far more fascinating. No doubt he had his own roll to play among the new leaders, and that intrigued her greatly. But she wasn't on the hunt for their Fortitude. Not yet, at least. Instead, she prowled the inner woods of Glorall. It was a moment of peace and silence to be allowed to mull with her thoughts. "Now there is a possibility," she mused aloud, her thoughts drifting to seeking out Umbra at home, and perhaps Natiya on another day if she could catch her half-sister outside Iromar. The stench of the place hopefully not lingering too much on her pretty sister.

The grey coated female paused a moment, stretching out her limbs briefly. So many changes, and so little time to handle everything in need of attention. Perhaps seeking out Asriel wouldn't be a bad idea. Her imprint had been quiet as of late. Or perhaps she might cross another of Glorall. She was still trying to get a feel for her packmates. They all seemed their own sort of eccentric. Though her least favorite by far was Samia. Matianak snorted and continued on her way. It was spring, no doubt there was someone lurking about, she only needed to find them.
