Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

Leoniah made the last stretch near the top of the mountain. She gave one last look over her shoulder before the last lift onto the large ledge that held the entrance into her den...or cave really. "We are almost there...just around this ledge." she spoke out hoping the pups were doing well. the few weeks alone...with 6 pups was rough...and here she was brining home two more. She'd been so heart broken that their father had left that none of them could fill the void. Haven't chosen names that was of his descendant...she tried to close the gap...but everyday she'd had to hunt...and everyday she'd had to come home...Leoniah felt more and more alone.

she turned to the pups before heading around the ledge to the hidden cave entrance. "Just around here is my den...You are not the only ones who live with me...there are six more...just a tad older than you. They will treat you like they treat each other I am sure" She said thinking that like siblings they will fight...and they will love each other even when they hate each other.
