Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

Saying 'a bit confusing' was probably generous of him and his opinions of the Asteraia alpha, but he wasn't wanting to offend Renai in saying what he actually thought of Jaidah. Though, in retrospect, he had told Jaidah to her face what he thought, so there was that. Yet if there was any tell of it from the alpha, Renai didn't know or care from the fact that she did not respond in any unfriendly way to the mention of his own name. That went well enough, so might as well ask on the subject of her pack and see if there was anything else of interest to be said of it. Getting the opinions of others could be helpful, after all.

But it was certainly not a place for him. He did not like Jaidah's riddles and attempts to play mysterious; he liked it cut and dry and out there. Blunt and honest, not the words games that so far she seemed to always play in his presence. It was time consuming to deal with, and Iscariot didn't want to waste time on her games. He had wanted to have a pack before the Winter, but it looked like Winter would end before he even got a chance to really decide for himself what he wanted. He had good choices in at least two thus far, but.. he just didn't quite have enough to go on. Not yet. Soon, he hoped.

Yet Renai was speaking, answering his question, and Iscariot was attentive to her. "Pleasure is mine." He murmured, continuing to listen to what she had to say further. It was new to her, and she was unsure on how she felt about it. Not that was something he did not hear every day. Usually wolves felt strongly in some way in regards to their packs. "Did you just join up because of the press of Winter, or was it something about the pack the drew you to it?" He asked lightly, curious now on how she had made her choice to be there if she didn't know how she felt about it yet.
