Secretly, she loved that he had left her a little mystery to figure out to come find him. It made the suspense that much more exciting but her impatience was starting to show by the time she made it to Glorall. She knew this is where he was. It had to be. She could only hope he wasn't mad at her about their last meeting, when her mom and his...whatever that female was to him, got involved. It was obvious that Malleah was now judging him by the actions of that female, making it that much more hard for Lucia to convince her that Aeon was good for her. But Lucia wouldn't take no for an answer anyway, not when it came to him. He was her first friend outside out of their family and she wasn't about to lose him. She'd already lost Myrria for a little while but now she was back around, though Lucia noticed that she wasn't as close as she used to be with herself. She used to be right there but now Lucia questioned whether she was actually shadowing her everywhere like she used to. She noticed Myrria was more distanced from Exodus too. She didn't get it but refused to voice anything about it, cause that would just make it more real.
She claimed ignorance instead and stuck to her dreams of playing with Aeon again. Oh, how she missed him! When she heard someone running toward her, her ears pinned and she widened her stance but as her gaze snapped to the figure, her eyes lit up and her whole face beamed, ears instantly pricking toward him as her tail started wagging. He called out to her in his thick Latin tongue and she felt a shiver of something akin to anticipation run down her spine at the sound of his voice. "Aeon, meae." (my life) She used her own Latin for the first time around him, holding her head up with confidence even as she said it cause she knew it would surprise him. While she hadn't seen him nearly as much as she'd liked, she had spent that time studying persistently with her friend, Ghost. She told Lucia just the other day that she was coming along nicely and she was almost fluent in it now. She figured it was as good a time as ever to let Aeon in on the little secret she'd been keeping.
It seemed he had surprises as well. He was already much more confident in his use of the common language and she couldn't be more proud. He asked if she'd found the concha and she knitted her brows together at first, trying to figure out what he meant but then her eyes lit up. "Oh, you mean the shells! Yes, I did." She then took a page right out of Malleah's book, her eyes closing to half lids as she swayed her hips in her way over to him, moving to brush against him and wipe her scent on him even as she took in his own sweet cologne. "It was very sweet of you." She all but purred into his ear. When he asked if they were alone, she giggled slyly and nudged him with her shoulder right before she sashayed away from him and turned to play bow before him.
"Sure are. So what do you intend to do about that?" She raised a brow in daring as her tail wagged behind her invitingly.
