Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Inanna

Inanna’s glee overpowered her ‘adult’ senses. Bowing and barking she danced around him in giddy excitement. Throughout the years she had missed her friend. Life had grown too serious as she had been kidnapped, rescued, and then fled to continue to follow the footsteps of a might god. Allowing herself to feel the pleasure of just being her, being here, and being with him again was a feeling indescribable by words. Instead her laughter gave sound to the emotion and her face was the light of the sun behind the clouds.

She chuckled, casting barely a glance at the now defiled crab in the sand. If you want. Or you can try to catch a new one. She smirked at him. You have been gone a long time. Do you think your skills are up to scratch? She stood up, her head high as if she were truly Master Crab Hunter. Spinning to go prove her superior skill she hesitated when Thor mentioned he had something of her’s. Her eyes caught on the feather he pulled from his fur and she blinked in surprise. It had gone missing so long ago she had thought it has blown out of the den with the wind, or had been washed out by a storm. It had been one of her first discoveries and she had used it as a personal play-toy when she had taken time to be alone. Her smile flickered between truly touched to a smirk of self-righteous knowing. Words caught in her throat. She could not fathom that someone would have carried one of her treasures with them for years and then return it to her. Odd shyness mixed with nervousness, she shifted from paw to paw. Keep it. She said with a grin, though a little twinge in her heart told her she was giving up something of value, a gift that carried weight. You stole it fair and square. Though, I knew you were up to something! Restrengthening her smile, she narrowed her eyes playfully at him. What are you up to this time? Here to steal my shells? Here to steal my secrets? The last comment was almost serious. If she thought about it long enough, she would swiftly realize she had many secrets to keep
