1. Territory Leadership Act
--- No one can hold two or more positions within each collective department of the Core.
--- Colonies can be represented by anyone within the empire; they do not necessarily have to live there.
--- Inactive territory leaders can be removed by the Core. The Core then reserves the right to select a new member from within the territory to rule it or to leave the territory open for claiming.
--- An inactive territory wis defined as a land in which the leader has not made an in character post for four weeks, unless an away post has been left with a return date.
--- The territory would then become inactive, if the leader did not post within two weeks of the given return date.
--- Return dates may only be extended on one occasion
--- The Kaiser has the ability to grant land points.
--- Appeals can be made to the Core for land points.

2. Territory Membership Act
--- No one can simultaneously be a member of two or more empires.
--- Territory leaders have the right to refuse to allow members to leave their territory. Members of a territory must obtain permission of the territory leader before they are allowed to leave.

3. Act for the Illegalisation of Rape and Murder
--- anyone accused of either crime must stand trial before The Core
--- In order for a trial to take place the victim, or witness must make a formal complaint to the King and his council and the accused will be given the chance to defend themselves before the elected members of The Core
---They will be found either guilty or not guilty by the members of core, who will then vote for one of the three punishments posed to them by the King, in conjunction with his Government, if the accused is found to be guilty of the crime.
