Misty Mountain stands opposite of Rainbow Cliff. Mists hover year-round at this high altitude, mistaken by some to be thin clouds. It is so thick that often it completely occludes the beautiful scenery that lays just beyond the reach of the mist. At the peak, thin layers of snow cover the mountain year round, making some areas slippery and hazardous.

Some think it romantic, a place to bring their mates because of the privacy that the mist allows. Others come to play and romp, especially pups that have not yet lived through a winter and enjoyed the wonders of snow. However, all must agree that there is some level of mystery and spookiness hovering about with the mists...
